Why a concierge
Protecting or restyling a car is a big decision, and it’s easy to get sold something you don’t need. Omar’s job is the opposite: listen to how you use the car, recommend what’s worth doing, and stay your contact until it’s done.
He answers your first message, confirms the price before anything is booked, checks in on the car while it’s in the bay, and walks you round it at pickup. The installs are done indoors by the team at Supreme Wraps.
